This allows us to supply our bodies the widest array of vitamins and minerals. Drinks like carrot, orange and ginger juice as well as green drinks with kale are both great for our bodies. Fruits are an important part of a healthy and balanced diet. Therefore it is very important to eat these foods every single day.
